Vacuum filtration units are quoted against funnel and receiver configuration, materials and vacuum arrangement. This page lists what to confirm before ordering.
What to Confirm Before Ordering
Documentation: Specify any required certification or conformity documents in your inquiry. Their availability must be confirmed for the quoted configuration. No CE declaration or certificate number is published on this page.
Site requirements: State your cooling-water, vacuum and electrical requirements, and identify any supporting equipment required in the quotation.
What to Tell Us for an Accurate Quote
| Item | What to state |
|---|---|
| Funnel and capacity | Funnel type, capacity and dimensions per model (recorded models list 10–50 L units); confirm against the selected model. |
| Funnel material | 201/304/316 stainless steel by selection on recorded models; state your contact-material requirement. |
| Filter plate hole diameter | Filter plate hole diameter per model (the recorded models list 4 mm); confirm against your process. |
| Receiver | Receiver capacity, shape and glass material per model. |
| Working pressure | The ZF-10L, ZF-20L, ZF-30L and ZF-50L parameter sheet lists atmospheric or negative-pressure operation, no positive-pressure capability, and an ultimate vacuum of −0.095 MPa. A “high pressure” product name does not establish a positive-pressure rating. Confirm the limits for the quoted configuration. |
| Frame and discharge | Frame arrangement, discharge valve and mobility per model. |
| Packing | Packed sizes and weights for the listed models are published in the packing reference. |
| Power supply | State your site voltage and frequency. |
Send these with your inquiry through the contact page; the more complete the list, the closer the first quote lands.
